Reason for return
Photos/videos of the product (if damaged)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Approved returns will be picked up from your location or you’ll receive courier instructions.
Refund Policy
After your returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)
Refund processing time:
3–5 business days for bank/wallet refunds
Up to 7 business days depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake from our side.
Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement instead of a refund if the product:

Was incorrect
Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.
